Egg shaped fermentation tanks ...

It has been a while, but today I learned about something that I considered worth posting about.

I read about egg shaped concrete fermentation tanks used to produce wine which apparently make sure that due to their shape the fermentation is much more complete due to the fluid dynamics of the system.
